No. skyComply follows an “AI assembles, humans attest” model: every requested item must be validated by a person, and only an approver-eligible user can approve a case. skyComply prepares the submission-ready packet and records how and when it was submitted, but it does not transmit the packet to the contractor on your behalf.

Today, skyComply integrates directly with PointClickCare through a certified marketplace API secured with OAuth and mutual TLS. Records from other sources, such as therapy documentation systems, can be attached manually as part of the same guided review workflow.
