As an early stage commercial company undergoing rapid growth, Harvard MedTech faced mounting challenges related to data management, reporting, and operational scalability. Skypoint helped Harvard MedTech land their disparate data onto the Skypoint AI Platform, unify and clean it, and deploy reporting to accelerate decision-making throughout the organization.

Manual Processes Prevented Harvard MedTech from Growing

Unified Data Enabled Growth and Scale

Harvard MedTech partnered with Skypoint to deploy a modern data infrastructure that could scale with the company’s ambitions. The solution included landing data from key source systems into Skypoint’s AI Platform and building operational dashboards and reporting to deliver near real-time business intelligence.

One of the most critical projects was transforming patient referral data into usable operational dashboards and reports.

We can now provide timely performance analysis. This enabled better decision making by our leadership team and enabled the growth of our sales distributor partners.

First, Skypoint worked with Harvard MedTech to deploy distributor performance dashboards, critical to motivating and managing their sales distributor partners. These reports played a major role in driving significant revenue improvements.

Then, Skypoint built connectors to automate data ingestion from the EHR and inventory management systems, ensuring near real-time visibility for operations. Reports refresh every 30 minutes, enabling staff to rapidly and reliably track referrals, patient intake, and VR headset inventory.

Skypoint’s AI platform also allowed Harvard MedTech to aggregate and analyze health outcome data for the 4,500 patients that have utilized Vx Therapy to date. The organization can now turn health outcome data into proprietary outcome dashboards that demonstrate the impact of the Vx Therapy product.

Measuring the impact of Vx Therapy on health outcomes is a crucial piece of the conversation with customers. We can now demonstrate the value of Vx Therapy in a very quantitative way. It’s a significant competitive advantage for us.
