How does skyCommand compare to Claude Enterprise or ChatGPT Enterprise?

skyAgent is built on Anthropic’s Claude Agent SDK and runs on Claude models, so it has the same core abilities: chat, collaborative work on files, code, artifacts, projects, memory, connectors, skills and plugins. skyCommand adds what a general assistant doesn’t have: your governed KPIs and Power BI data under row-level security, Next Best Action, vertical packs for your industry, approval on every external write, and a HIPAA BAA across every model call.

What can skyAgent™ actually do?

Can skyAgent write and run code?

Yes. When a task needs computation, skyAgent writes code and runs it in skyComputer™, an isolated sandbox that is separate from the application and holds no credentials. It uses this to analyze files, extract tables, build charts and check its own documents before handing them over.

Can it keep working while I'm away?

Yes. Schedule a task in plain words, add a condition such as “only when occupancy is below 88%”, start it from another system with a webhook, or run a loop that keeps reviewing and flags only what’s new. Each run uses its owner’s permissions, stays within the organization’s limits and appears in the audit log.

Does the AI act on its own?

Only as far as you allow. Each person chooses Manual, where skyAgent asks before each change, or Automatic, where it keeps working. Anything that leaves the conversation, such as a message or a write to another system, still waits for a person to approve that exact action. Administrators can make a role answer-only, and every change goes to the audit log.

Will it show someone data they shouldn’t see?

No. Every read runs under that user’s own login and row-level security — never a shared system account. A regional director’s list is built from the communities that director can already open; an executive director’s is built from theirs.

The overnight run generates only for users whose own credential skyCommand™ holds, and skips the rest rather than falling back to broader access.

Which AI models does it use, and is our data used for training?

skyAgent runs on Anthropic’s Claude models, under a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement on every call. Google Gemini handles voice, images and search indexing. Your data is not used to train any model.

What does it connect to?

Power BI, Databricks and Lakebase for analytics; Microsoft 365 mail and calendar; OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, Box and Dropbox; and a global directory of 3,000+ MCP connectors, skills, plugins and prompts. Your organization decides who gets each one, each person signs in as themselves, and connectors only narrow, never widen, what a person may do.

Can it work in systems that don't have an API?

Yes. skyAgent can work in a web application the way a staff member does, through the Chrome and Edge extension or skyCommand Desktop’s built-in browser. It asks before each new site and before any send, purchase or deletion, and the organization controls which sites it may use.

Where can my team use it?

Does this work outside senior living and post-acute care?

Yes. Vertical packs carry each industry’s vocabulary, metrics, plays and roles: senior living, skilled nursing, healthcare providers and payers. Rate recommendations apply only where an organization sets its own rates.

How does skyCommand™ recommend pricing?

It crosses what you actually realize per occupied unit against where your occupancy sits, community by community, and adjusts for acuity so a heavier-care community is not mistaken for an expensive one.

That produces a verdict rather than a number to argue with: raise, hold, or — the one a pricing tool cannot reach — this is not a pricing problem. When occupancy is soft and rate is already at market, the answer is demand, and skyCommand™ says so instead of recommending an increase that would make it worse.

Recommendations are advisory. Nothing changes a rate without a person approving it.

We already have Power BI and a data warehouse. Do we have to move?

No. skyCommand™ reads Power BI, Databricks and Lakebase, and resolves the source per query — so one deployment can serve all three side by side. You are not migrating to a warehouse before you get value, and your existing semantic model stays the source of truth for what a metric means.

Your KPI catalogue is configuration, not code: adding a metric is a setting, not a release.

Can we bring our Claude projects, skills and plugins?

Yes. A person can import a Claude project with its instructions and files in one step, and plugins in Claude’s own format install unchanged. Every uploaded skill or plugin is reviewed before anyone can use it.

What’s the difference between skyCommand™ and skyInsights™?
