Our pricing model offers customers a minimum monthly budget with the flexibility to scale up as needed.

Support & Services:

Skypoint’s pricing model provides customers with a monthly minimum subscription commitment, while allowing the flexibility to scale up as their needs grow.

Compute Credits: Skypoint compute credits provide a measure of cloud infrastructure compute consumption, covering resources like GPUs and CPUs, with costs calculated based on specific workload activity. For instance, an AI agent reading and extracting structured data from PDF files into the Lakehouse for 15 minutes would consume 1 Skypoint credit due to its GPU usage. Conversely, extracting data from a CSV file with Skypoint dataflows for the same 15-minute period would use only 0.25 credits, as this workload relies on CPU resources.

Forward Deployed Engineering: For every $1K of your subscription, you gain access to 1 hour of our forward deployed engineering services. The base package comes with 40 hours of forward deployed engineering services to assist with your basic needs, including:

Data Integration & Operations: We facilitate the integration of your raw data from various sources, with a daily or real-time refresh and end to end platform operations.

Integration connector update costs are covered by us, provided we already support the integration method.
If the data integration connectors are not currently supported, or the method of integration changes, forward deployed engineering hours may apply.

Break-Fix & Maintenance: Your subscription covers all break-fix and maintenance needs.

A “Break-Fix” pertains to resolving issues or malfunctions that hinder the platform’s existing functionality, ensuring it works as intended.
Any issues or malfunctions with the platform will be resolved promptly by our team at no additional cost.

Custom Packages: Tailored subscription packages with higher levels of compute credits and forward deployed engineering hours are available upon request, with prices varying according to specific needs.
