Skypoint Appoints Venkatesh (Venki) Krishnababu to Advisory Board

Veteran technology executive brings nearly three decades of enterprise transformation leadership spanning healthcare, retail, and digital innovation to Skypoint’s healthcare AI mission.
PORTLAND, OR — Skypoint, a HITRUST r2-certified AI platform purpose-built for healthcare, today announced the appointment of Venkatesh (Venki) Krishnababu to its Advisory Board. Krishnababu currently serves as Chief Technology and Information Officer at Dutch Bros Coffee (NYSE: BROS), one of the fastest-growing quick-service beverage brands in the United States. His appointment strengthens Skypoint’s advisory leadership with deep expertise in enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, and data-driven innovation at scale.
Krishnababu brings nearly 30 years of experience leading transformational technology strategies across the healthcare and global retail sectors. Before joining Dutch Bros in December 2024, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Lululemon Athletica (NASDAQ: LULU), where he led enterprise-wide digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives during his 7+ years tenure. Prior to Lululemon, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Premera Blue Cross, one of the largest not-for-profit healthcare organizations in the Pacific Northwest, and held various technology leadership roles over 16 years at Nordstrom.
“Venki is one of the most respected technology leaders in the country, with a rare combination of deep healthcare experience and proven mastery of enterprise-scale digital transformation,” said Tisson Mathew, Founder and CEO of Skypoint. “His experience building technology organizations at companies like Premera Blue Cross, Lululemon, and Dutch Bros — and his deep understanding of how data and AI can reshape operational outcomes — make him a valuable addition to our advisory board as we scale AI agents across the healthcare ecosystem.”
Krishnababu’s expertise in data and analytics, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and people-centric technology leadership is closely aligned with Skypoint’s mission. Skypoint’s AI Platform unifies clinical, claims, and operational data across 250+ systems to power specialized AI agents that automate workflows, surface insights, and reduce administrative burden for healthcare organizations. With customers across providers, payers, and senior living operators achieving measurable ROI, the company continues to invest in scaling its platform and expanding its advisory network.
