Recently Skypoint announced its selection as the customer data platform (CDP) for the Portland Timbers, a premier club in Major League Soccer (MLS) in the United States.
The Portland Timbers will build a comprehensive, 360-degree view of its fans leveraging Skypoint’s CDP; including capturing data and insights regarding how fans interact with the team at every touchpoint inside the stadium and digitally.
Customer 360 will give the Timbers a deeper understanding of each devoted fan’s unique motivations, preferences, needs and to offer personalized fan experiences and engagement inside and outside of the stadium.
Selecting Skypoint as its preferred CDP is the result of the search by the Timbers to transform the way in which fans engage and interact with the sport and the team both in and beyond the stadium.
