But what if your business application was put together based on decision makers’ egos? What if they did not understand their end users’ needs and your app development team decided to stay silent? Despite best intentions for your grand design, it all goes wrong. So, you are stuck in endless retrospectives, tech debt in your future sprints, and some very disappointed stakeholders.

Angeliki Patsiavou is an experienced Change Manager with a passion for user experience in business applications. Whilst others speak about tech evangelism, she advocates about the human impact of technology into transforming businesses. She can often be seen highlighting the importance of human-centered design and adaptive governance in CRM systems and get into interesting debates about how technical and non-technical teams can come together to define what matters. Outside of work, she enjoys song writing and singing, along with martial arts and traveling around the world.
