End Users can use Copilot to automate menial tasks like responding to emails and analyzing notes for a sales meeting. The Copilot technology is brand new and based on the ChatGPT AI model.

He has over 17 years of experience working with Microsoft CRM, Dynamics 365 and the related solutions stack starting with CRM 3.0. He has been a functional team member, Dynamics practice lead and Solution Architect at several large and small Microsoft partners in the United States.
